  Honestly idk if it was a bad night or what.. But I came in there a few nights ago & the girls working did not seem very friendly.. I wasn’t greeted, they looked at me like I was crazy any time I asked a question.. Like they couldn’t hide their frustration towards me! I love shopping here but the employees need better attitudes.. very unprofessional! -coming from a service provider/business owner ❤️

  I love this windsor! The manager Kenzie was so helpful and sweet! the entire place was so neat and orderly! i bought my homecoming dress there and i love it! everyone should go to this windsor location instead of the one in hoover

  Customer service was horrible! An African American was the only one working we asked for a size up and she gave us a totally different shoe (didn’t apologize or even acknowledge her mistake) went to pay and I told her that it wasn’t the right one said absolutely NOTHING and as if she didn’t hear a thing. And when giving us our change she dropped the coins all over and did not even flinch. No apologies whatsoever. We weren’t the root of your bad day so grow the F up!
