  I found the PERFECT dress for my vacation!!! Both stylist helped me and offered to take the dress off the mannequin … SWEET LADIES

  I came to the store in Huntsville Mall. Darien helped me not only find an outfit but helped me with accessories also. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and has great customer service. Her manager ZY and Kelsey were also helpful and nice. Best customer service I have had in a very long while. I will definitely be back.

  I used to love coming in here but it’s gone so downhill. The customer service was so bad; I wasn’t acknowledged at all when I came in, and asking for help was like pulling teeth. Most of the employees I tried asking for help were rude and had attitudes that gave off the vibe that they’d rather be anywhere else. I’m honestly so devastated and disappointed at the level of service I was met with. Shopping here used to be so fun and the employees were so friendly and helpful, but these ones left me very disappointed.

  This store is so awful. I came in here for the first time a couple days ago and unfortunately I can’t see myself coming back after my experience. Firstly, I was completely ignored by staff when I came in. The workers seemed to be in their own little world and didn’t seem to want to talk to me or any of the other guests. Shortly after, I saw a middle aged mother trying to ask one of the girls I’m assuming to be in charge for help trying to find something for her daughter, and the employee blatantly rolled her eyes at her and told her to figure it out herself because ‘her shift was almost over and it wasn’t her problem’. At that point I realized I was better off asking someone else for help. However, the next employee I tried approaching for help walked away as soon as she saw me coming towards her. When I finally got around to trying my stuff on in the fitting room, I asked an employee outside the fitting room for her opinion on the dress I tried on and she told me it would look better if I lost 20 pounds. The overall attitude and demeanor of the staff made this a horrible first and last experience shopping at Windsor. Cute clothes for sure but the staff was awful, won’t be coming back.
