  The manager is SO rude (the one with the chinese back tattoo, lol). I will never come back and I’ll let everyone know how awful the customer service was here. The manager approached me a little too close when I was trying to take a skirt off a mannequin. The size I needed was on the mannequin and it was nowhere on a rack for me to try on. I’ve worked in retail and understand how frustrating it is to dress mannequins, but your job is to sell the clothes - not stock a mannequin 25/8. After rudely speaking directly in my face like I’m beneath her and an idiot, she was yelling in the store about needing tequila and that people don’t have common sense (I’m assuming me). I genuinely don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what, but I will never come back. I’ve managed over 10 retail stores and never once acted like that towards a customer. She needs to be let go after acting like that and should be embarrassed by her behavior. She saw me checking another mannequin for a dress that wasn’t in stock on a rack (go figure, I guess they only use small sizes to model) and YELLED at my from the register not to touch the dress. I told her I had no plans to move it since she was so upset the first time. 0/10 - this place will be shut down in 6 months or less. Embarrassing for you guys

  I just moved to the area and this location of Windsor is my new favorite store, That Sweet woman Natasha made me so comfortable and satisfied. She helped me pick out at least 5 different outfits for me and my daughter Sophie, despite me being so picky I actually ended up buying all the outfits picked out due to Natasha’s help/expertise. She was so Kind and Genuine through the whole process, I’m just not used to these great retail experiences but as someone also in customer service I just wanted to thank Winsor and Natasha. I look forward to coming back soon with interactions like this!

  I LOVE this place!! I shop here weekly and I love everyone who works there! One of the girls Tasha always helps me find everything I need and is so sweet! 10/10 store, customer service, and clothing!!!

  2/26/26 I stopped in during my lunch break to see if this would be a good place to bring my daughter to shop for her prom dress. The staff saw me walk in, but there was no greeting or offer to assist. I had to get her attention just to ask whether they offered tailoring. She replied that they do not and that everything is final sale—without any additional conversation or effort to help. Shortly after, a white mother and daughter entered, and the associate’s demeanor immediately changed. She warmly greeted them with, “Aw, it’s your prom season! Let’s find you the perfect dress!” The contrast in treatment was noticeable and disappointing. Based on that experience, I chose to leave.
