Only give one star because we can't give zero. The Windsor employees change their own color coding policy and use it to disallow returns. At the time of purchase an article of clothing was allowed to be returned. However, Windsor employees changed their policy after the purchase and did not allow the article of clothing to be returned, even though it was under the previous policy that allowed that specific article of clothing to be returned. That is fraud! Would not recommend this store.

I don’t leave reviews unless it’s really great service or really bad. We went here for to look for my daughter’s homecoming dress. She took 5 dresses in and in the middle of trying them on realized she had the wrong size. I brought it out of the dressing room and went to exchange it for a different size, leaving her in the room trying on the other dresses. I was stopped and told I couldn’t do that because there was a long line. So I wasn’t allowed to bring a dress out to exchange the size. Didn’t bring a whole different dress just changed the size. I told my daughter get the dresses and we were leaving. Spoke with the “manager” and was told that’s their policy. I said that’s crazy I can go to any other store in this mall and we are told “if you need help with anything or a different size let me know and I’ll grab it for you.” She tried to apologize and said that’s is in fact their policy and I said that’s just crazy. Told my daughter if she wanted something from there that my husband would husband would go back in there and that I refused to. So they went back and then he came out and said how rude the cashier was and he can be a lot more tolerant than I am. This was our first shopping experience there and it will probably be our last.

My cashier’s name was Taylor and she was amazing! Helped out with a return, gave us a discount after I used mine but wanted to add something, and had great energy!

I came to the store in Huntsville Mall. Darien helped me not only find an outfit but helped me with accessories also. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and has great customer service. Her manager ZY and Kelsey were also helpful and nice. Best customer service I have had in a very long while. I will definitely be back.
