  The lady at the Park Place Mall in Huntsville Alabama was very helpful I ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses from her and love both of them

  **Customer Review: Sunglass Hut, Parkway Mall, Huntsville, AL** I recently purchased the Ray-Ban Meta from the absolutely fabulous Sunglass Hut location on King Street in Charleston, SC. The service there was nothing short of amazing, and I can't say enough good things about the team. Unfortunately, my experience at the Huntsville, AL store was the complete opposite. A couple of weeks after my purchase, my glasses stopped charging. I called the Charleston store, and they quickly located my purchase, advising me to take the glasses to any store for an easy exchange. Well, at the Huntsville Mall location, it was anything but easy. The lady at the counter was clearly not in a good mood, which was evident from the moment I walked in. She struggled to pull up my purchase and didn’t even try searching by name. Despite the Charleston store suggesting that she call them if there were any issues, she flat-out refused. She even told us to go to another store if we didn’t like the service. When I asked for her manager’s information, she refused and instead called the manager herself, inaccurately describing us as rude and difficult, which was far from the truth. After much hassle and having her manager speak directly to the Charleston store over the phone, she miraculously found my purchase and finally returned my glasses. However, the experience was so frustrating that I refused to reorder at this store. Instead, I proudly called the amazing Charleston store and placed my order with them. I would give this Huntsville location 1 out of 5 stars, and even that feels generous.
