- DEDas Token E30Apr 10, 20242.0this review gets 2stars and NOT 1star cause i usually have a fine time there. if i get the RayBans with the canera it’s to record these awkward and strange encounters with less-than customer service. i go in to simply get a refill of cleaning solution. i express this to the middle-aged Black female associate while i held out the bottle. this woman just stared at me for a good 15seconds like i just asked her to perform double-open-heart surgery or something.. a very simple request…finally she takes the bottle from me to fill it up and hands it back to me with solution dripped all on the outside of the bottle.. why is getting a refill so difficult? they advertise free refills of solution and make the process so incredibly frustrating. what do we have to do to get decent customer service these days? i feel like im on a different planet sometimes. back in my day associates were cheerful and open to help. you spend $200 for a pair of shades and the associates act standoffish and weird when you ask simple requests.
