  Workers have poor/don’t care attitudes. Never once was greeted. Took many beautiful clothes items such as Lulus, Express, Louis Vuitton shoes, Jessica Simpson, etc. and they wanted to give me chump change for nice items. While their inventory is full of questionable items. The store is cluttered and there is no efficient organization system as I had to remind the store associate 3 times I came in with two bags while they only gave me 1. Double check to make sure you come back home with all your items. You’re better off selling on the FB Marketplace.

  I ended up checking this used clothing store while running errands, and it turned out to be a pretty good find. The selection was larger than I expected, with everything from casual clothes to a few name-brand pieces mixed in. Some racks took a little digging through, but that's kind of part of the fun. Prices were fair, and the staff greeted me without being pushy. I even found a jacket that looked almost new for way less than I would've paid elsewhere. I'll probably come back when I have more time to browse because you never know what you'll come across.

  The girls here are so so sweet and so amazing at their jobs, I genuinely enjoy coming here every single time I do!!! If you have cute clothes you’re looking to sell, definitely take them here!!! They accept so much and they’re such good people. Not only do they buy clothes, they sell super cute clothes as well!! Always organized, never dirty, super professional, and great vibes!!! Best Plato’s in HSV!!! Thank you queens 🩷

  Yesterday I stopped in to get some new clothes due to weight loss and I had a percentage off because my birthday is coming up. I walked in and the four women that were up front working looked over and didn't say a word to me. I walked around the store. I was never asked if I needed assistance if I needed help finding anything. I had employees walk right past me and I nodded and said hello and they didn't say anything. Didn't even acknowledge I was there not one time. Normally I enjoy going to Plato's closet but it has been a while since I had been. I don't know if they got new staff or what but it was an absolutely horrible experience. I spent a while looking around the store and then I decided to leave and not spend my money there. They were not super busy, they were greeting and speaking with other customers, they absolutely saw me, it was just all over poor customer service. I can only assume it's because I'm a chubbier girl or because of my ALT style (tattoos). Store managers or owners should be teaching people how important customer service is they lost a lot of money yesterday because nobody could take a moment to say hello or to be kind.
