- ABAlicia BAug 31, 20265.0After reading other reviews about rude employees I was curious to visit this new Madewell location. Well, I was ‘disappointed’ because the young man who helped us couldn’t have been nicer! I’m a big Madewell fan and we just relocated to Huntsville, so I was so excited to see them open a store here. Despite what other reviewers experienced, I found the employees to be helpful and friendly. I got a few pairs of jeans and had a nice chat. So maybe the rude folks moved on. Highly recommend Madewell denim and this location!
- KSKylee ShieldsMay 21, 20261.0Went into this Madewell today and they had the WORST customer service. The ladies working ignored me completely and kept whispering to each other and not helping customers. They weren't busy at all and when I asked for help with an item they had an attitude because I interrupted their conversation. Their clothing is great, but they really need to improve their hiring practices and training.
- JHjere henryMay 14, 20263.0People were nice , but was not impressed with the quality of the jeans. Sizes varied from style to style, and there weren't that many to choose from. Denim was either flimsy or stiff. Was disappointed.
- ASArielle StromanMay 9, 20261.0I visited Madewell and unfortunately had a horrible experience with Doris. Her attitude throughout my interaction with her felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I’ve always associated Madewell with really friendly, elevated customer service so this interaction caught me off guard and was a huge disappointment to say the least. Kindness and professionalism make such a difference and this experience didn’t reflect that, or what I expect going into the store. Overall, horrible experience.
- BLBeach LifeJan 5, 20265.0Kalwin is such a great customer service plus to this company. Kalwin went over and above, trying to locate a particular size and style jeans that were sold out across the country. I love the jeans and thank you, Kalwin.
