  I just moved to Huntsville and have been in the store three or four times at different times and days. Overall the customer service in the store is terrible. I have never been asked if I need help with something instead, I have waited for the employees to finish their personal conversations to get help. Today I went in to exchange a couple of items that I had purchased yesterday. The employee that rang up my purchase yesterday gave me a higher first responder discount rate, 25% (old discount until last month) versus the 15% that Lululemon is offering now. While exchanging my purchase the cashier (very rudely) told me that I was incorrectly given the higher discount and this one time she would allow it. I am very appreciative of the discount that I receive by the company but I do not appreciate being made to feel like the mistake was my fault and that she was giving me something. I don’t normally post reviews based on one bad experience but every encounter in this store has not been up to what I have experienced at other Lululemon stores. Management needs to pay better attention because this looks bad on the company
