  I am thrilled with the service that I received at L.L. Bean today. After literal back/forth/back/forth on a pair of pants, I showed up without a receipt and Christina was so accommodating in navigating a VERY complicated return. She helped get me my money back without any issues. Although I may not be back for that same pair of pants, I will definitely back back to shop and can definitely count on the staff at CoolSprings L.L. Bean to get me all set up!

  Packed full of clothing, shoes and camping gear. Definitely worth a stop if you’re familiar with the LLBean brand. Location was an old Bed Bath and Beyond but very nicely refurbished! Only complaint is the bathrooms were dirty and seemed unkept.

  I was really excited to be able to go to an LL Bean store in person, after years of buying online. The store is very well laid out and stocked. I look forward to many more visits to shop for my favorite brand of clothing and other items.
