- GBG.J. BaloghMay 9, 20262.0I'm not the type person to leave a negative review. However this is the truth of it. I went with my grown daughter who is about to take engagement pictures. We were looking for a specific type of shapewear and a half slip. The womens intimates department was trashed. There were pieces all over the floor. There were lights out in the ceiling. There was no one working the department, nor bedding or kitchenware. Upon rummaging over 50 racks of intimates, we found 4 pieces what might work. Then there was no access to a dressing room, which was blockaded by a large mirror. We went to another department, looking for an available dressing room. The next one was blocked, and the next one locked, and finally found a masked associate with a lengthy checkout line, that gave us permission to use the 4th found dressing room. We waited 15 minutes outside two occupied doors with no air conditioning before finally entering. We then went looking for another department to check out, and wound up in the men's department. Thankfully we had a good checkout. Note that this is not our typical Belk, but I assure you that I have no idea why half the shoppers would want to give their money to this location.

- CSCarol StadlerApr 15, 20261.0My mom and I went there to buy bras and we need to try them on. After trying 4 different areas and finding all the fitting rooms closed we just used the restroom. Then after tell the cashier this she had the nerve to ask me to take a survey and rate them a ten. If you are not going to open all your fitting rooms atleast put up a sign stating where to find the only one that is open for the whole upstairs, let alone trying to find an open register to take our $200 we just spent on bras. Next time I will order straight from the bra company and avoid belk altogether. The one star should be a zero.
