- MTmichelle tidmoreSep 24, 20264.0Nice selection and good prices
- SFShirley FergusonSep 17, 20265.0I want to give a shout-out to a couple of beauty advisors and quick shipping! I recently had surgery and the outcome wasn’t what I expected~ But, of course, my favorite beauty advisors looked out for me in what I was literally running out of~ Today this box arrives. The same day I run out! Omg is that service! I love seasoned beauty advisors and the service they give. Thank you, Janice at Estée Lauder and Diane in Clinique for always great service.
- JGJ GervaisSep 4, 20261.0Pathetic customer service. Refused to apply my service discount. Zero stars.
- HAHenderson's AdventuresSep 1, 20263.0Good selection. The store is large the employees are just okay not helpful at all
- SMsandy miningAug 29, 20261.0I have shopped at Belk for years and have never previously submitted a complaint. However, my recent experience at the Bridge Street location was disappointing. The associate did not greet or acknowledge us and responded in a rude and dismissive manner when I asked about a coupon. An issue was also made over a 44-cent difference, and we were not thanked for shopping. I respectfully request that Belk follow up on this incident and take appropriate corrective action to help ensure that customers receive courteous and professional service in the future.
