    RV parking. They had a big open parking lot. Very quiet. There was a train at 1030pm on a Sunday.

    I’m really disappointed with the experience we had at the gun counter. My grandfather, who has difficulty hearing, was trying to purchase a firearm, and we trusted that the staff would be patient and help communicate clearly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and we were ultimately unable to complete the purchase. Customer service should be understanding and accommodating, especially when someone needs a little extra assistance. This experience left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Because of this, we won’t be returning to shop at the gun counter again.

    I retired from a global oil company as a maintenance superintendent. Everyone should run from this location if you are buying a boat, atv or utv. The maintenance/service department is one of the worst I have ever seen and I have audited departments all over the world. There is not enough room to detail the unbelievable poor service and lack of customer concern by that group. No communication or urgency to any of my concerns. I spoke with Abigail (asst manager) about this. She seemed truly concerned and said the service manager would call me. unfortunately this was not the first time. Not only did he not call me then, he has never called me after leaving many messages. Leadership at this store must be removed if they want to survive. I have plans on purchasing a nice Ranger boat. There is no way I would do that at this store or even at another Bass Pro store. If this is allowed to go on for the past few years, then they must not care. Please show them we can shop at other stores. I just don’t think they care. I’m retired but give me 6 months and I’ll make this service department world class. It’s just that easy. Let’s see what they do about this post!
