  This is definitely NOT one of those "dying" malls. So many stores to choose from. Plenty of places to eat. Was quite clean and not overcrowded. They even have a carousel!! Only negative was that several of the escalators were not working.

  Used to be the place to go. Now, it’s the place to avoid. Smell of marijuana, nasty stores, escalators that don’t work and stores that you don’t care to shop in . Such a waste of gas and time coming here .

  I am from Atlanta and I must say that this mall made me feel at home! Although there isn't a lot of malls to choose from, in the state of Alabama, this mall definitely is the most like the ones in Atlanta and I would definitely go out of my way to go to this mall again, especially because kokee tea is in there!

  This Birmingham solo indoor mall is dying fast. I go here regularly to exercise and see all the changes in the stores. It is hard to believe this mall just turned 40 years old. The Food Court has many options but none that I really would buy. Chick Fila or Popeyes are the only chain food places here. Other places include a Thai place and a Mediterranean. Around the perimeter of the mall are other restaurants which are only busy at night. I wish this place would mimic Atlanta malls in size and storefronts but that isn't the case in Birmingham.
