With 500+ independently owned and operated locations across the U.S. and Canada, fresh inventory arriving daily, Plato's Closet makes thrifting easy, affordable, and more sustainable.
I went to this location, originally looking for a dress for a funeral of a good friend of mine. I took my five-year-old inside with me. While I was selecting merchandise, He expressed that he needed to use the restroom and he even asked the lady working if he could use the restroom. She said there was no public restroom however I was staring right at a restroom that he could have used. I could just never imagine telling a small child no, you can’t use our restroom. You’ve got to go down the road and use a different one. That’s diabolical.

I wouldn’t recommend going here. You’re much better off selling your clothes on Poshmark. They pay very little for the items they do accept, making it hardly worth the drive. They also only accept clothing during specific buying hours, which is inconvenient. Even if they do purchase your items, the payout usually isn’t worth the time or effort.

Place used to be a great spot. Dropped off a bucket for them to check just to wait hours drive back to be hold they won’t look at the items because they weren’t “folded”…which you could have clearly checked for upon drop off and saved me a whole trip back…felt like the staff didn’t care about my time at all or my experience here….they were pretty dismissive both times I came & it was a very disorganized process. Will not be selling or buying from them moving forward.

I’ve been selling and buying clothes here for years, and it really upsets me how this place has become. Today, I went in to sell and the worker was rude, not helpful, and barely even looked in my direction. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the customer service here. Then, I got my items back to find that they purchased name brand items (lululemon, free people, altard state etc.) for less than 4 dollars each. So. They don’t support their customers or their sellers so, I no longer support them.

Worst experience ever. Staff was completely rude to me the second that I walked in, especially the girl with the long black Tattoo sleeve. She rushed through all the directions on how to sell clothes and when I didn’t follow perfectly rudely told me louder in front of everyone in the store. She was the one sorting through all of the clothes when I got the text that my clothes are ready to purchase. They told me they had to pass on ALL of my clothes. Upon further inspection of my basket, they did not even go through it because everything was still folded the exact same in the exact order that I put it. My basket contained items such as revolve, Lululemon and expensive pair of cowboy boots. In many more high ticket items. My main complaint is not that they passed on my clothes, but if I was treated by the staff. And that they didn’t even take the time to value me as a customer. I will never be returning to this Plato’s closet. They will waste your time and treat you poorly. Would never recommend coming here.
