  I will NEVER go there again. Staff not helpful AT ALL…. Just complacent about the customer. I spent days getting clothing ready. Clean, all on hangers and winter items. I had to make 3 trips to my vehicle to get them all. After waiting my turn to be waited on, they ask me where my container was for THEM to sort. I told them that I didn’t know that I had to have one. (That was on me) They had a least a dozen lying around that wasn’t being used. I asked nicely if they could use one of their to do the sorting. They quickly told me no. That was against policy . So, I picked all of those clothes up again and carried them back to my vehicle. They said have a nice day. I told them that wasn’t going to be possible.

  Very very bad service they didn't let us use the dressing rooms and besides the girl is upset about the work that belongs to her and she treated us badly in Spanish, I won't come back!

  Do not sell your clothes to them. They horribly undercharged me. I sold them 6, great quality, lululemon pieces, as well as a brand new gold hinge skirt, which alone is worth 60 dollars, and they only gave me $80.

  i wasn't going to say anything but what happened today just didn't sit right with me at all. i was up front just browsing at jewelry and there were two workers talking and one was saying something along the lines of she's going to have to get new shoes and that her feet were hurting and also how she did so much working this morning and she thought time was going by a lot faster than it actually was. very normal conversation. well that girl leaves and that one worker that was orginally talking to her started talking to another girl that came in and was talking about how she was complaining about her feet and both of the girls were saying that she was lazy because she didn't do like one thing before she left. they weren't whispering at all and i'm sure multiple customers heard their conversation. do better plato's this is ridiculous

  Actually the rudest people ever. They were so snobby. I had brought a huge tub of clothes to try and sell, and did I expect them to buy it all? Of course not. But did I expect them to spend more than 10 mins looking through it and not pass on everything. Yeah. My mistake for that I guess whatever, but the real kicker is I had my toddler with me, and NO ONE would help me out the door ☺️ they just watched me try to keep my toddler safe and struggle to get the bin out the door at the same time. And I ASKED the worker for help and she literally said no 😁 SO yeah don’t go here ever. Don’t give them your money. Don’t give them your clothes. Don’t give them the time of day. There are better options.
