  Excellent customer service. My mother’s retirement was supposed to be tomorrow, and I had ordered a large chocolate lovers arrangement to be delivered to her office for the occasion. When my mother was given the day off work tomorrow, I called Edible Arrangements to ask if they could either deliver the order today or change the delivery address to her house. They managed to deliver it for me today and it was fantastic. The arrangement was beautiful and so much bigger than it looked online. My mother had enough to share with her coworkers and plenty left to take home for my dad and brother. I’m very pleased.

  This is like my 3rd time ordering from this location in the past 3 months my order either has been wrong or the arrangement has not been filled. Looks nothing like the picture as the service from edible arrangements has tremendously gone down. See picture below as this is unacceptable & it’s more grass than fruit. I’ve been ordering from them for years and the change in presentation & execution is terrible. This definitely does not equate to the price and I am highly disappointed. Do better!

  I am extremely frustrated with the service and hidden fees from Edible Arrangements. I placed an order for same-day delivery to a local business. Their website explicitly guarantees that business deliveries arrive before 5:00 PM. This turned out to be completely false.After my order failed to arrive, I found out their actual company drivers leave for the day by 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM. Instead of handling the delivery themselves, they secretly hand off orders to a third-party courier service—a critical fact that is completely missing from their website.To make matters worse, they tacked on a higher delivery fee due to the distance, but completely failed to communicate how their delivery process actually worked. Because of their total lack of communication and scheduling failures, I was forced to scramble and change the delivery location at the last minute just to get my order.Do not trust their website's delivery promises. The lack of transparency and poor communication turned what should have been a simple gift into a massive headache. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
