- JOJennifer OwenAug 14, 20262.0Visited the store on Aug 14th. As I walked up to the cashier (Tina) was talking to another employee about a family issue. She continued with her story while slowly doing my return. I asked her if I could use a coupon and very rudely said it's too late! I replied no it isn't, you can always cancel the transaction if there's a coupon. She continued talking to the other employee. I waited for my receipt and she kept talking. I reached and tore my receipt off! I had to interrupt and tell her I needed to order another size of what I had returned. The whole time she was doing my return & order she continued to talk to the other employee. This store needs so many improvements. First new mgr., more employees, better selection of clothing, and remodeling! When you walk in this store the smell is terrible! It smells very musky and like mildew!!

Dressing rooms were FILTHY, and I mean disgustingly DIRTY, wall, bench, mirror, floors, all FILTHY. Left there needing a shower.
