- GPGlenda PughAug 17, 20265.0I had a mechanical issue with a pair of my sunglasses and went in to the store to see if it could be taken care of. I first spoke with Stephen who was awesome! He listened to my concerns and did what he could. Then he went over and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved by taking extensive notes about it and putting me in touch with the manager, Ashley. She wasn't in the office that day but she called me back the very next day to resolve the issue. I made plans to return the following day. When I entered the store, Ashley immediately saw to it that my needs were met. She, too, went over and beyond the basics. I received EXCEPTIONAL service and recommend them 100%! I can't say enough good things about the treatment I received. Customer service is everything to me and rare to find these days. Thank you Ashley and Stephen! Keep up the good work!

Alyssa was very friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed me right up!!! Her customer service skills are superb and I will be telling friends and family to go see her!
