  Went to buy some clinique on 7/22. The lady's told me about a upcoming sale but I needed my stuff that day. They did not offer many any samples, etc...I went today 7/25. Ms Charlotte that was working in the makeup area was so very nice. She gave me some samples for spending 150.00 and I purchased the other items to get the clinique. Thank you Ms.Charlotte for being so pleasant. You will be the reason that will bring me back.

  Unfortunately, I can't seem to find much of anything in Belk's, the clothing doesn't seem to be organized. One side of the store (on the left when entering the store) looks like a thrift consignment area, and on your right is your upscale suits and ect...it isn't organized at all, items just seem to be hanging everywhere and not organized what so ever!! There is always a long line and you're waiting forever. Belk's isn't nothing like it use to be. I wish they would take pride in organization skill..

  1 week sales receipt bought 2 shirts for my husband he tried them on in fitting room went home took tags off and washed them one shrunk to a child's size other was ok...same style different colors took back to store and all hell broke loose can't take back after you washed it .....well didn't wear it and always wash clothes before we wear because of dye etc...could have put back on my card or whatever but that's the policy.. Hello it was XL went to child size that's a problem and had receipt want be doing any business there any longer I was in retail for 32 years never treated a customer like we were treated and let me tell you I live in Florida drove over 40 miles up there never again and let me say I just opened up account a month ago.... account closed cut up and in garbage no more card

  Management needs to hire enough help to keep things tidy. The staff does what they can but it's the customers who make the mess to begin with and should be ashamed of themselves. The Kim Rogers folded tops are especially a problem area. There are never enough clerks and the check out lines are long and slow. It was exceptionally slow the day I was in. I was offered an upgrade on my normal Belk card and assured it would only take a moment. I was not informed that it was going to actually perform a credit check so now I have a hard pull on my credit for something I declined to complete when I realized it was going to do that. I'm fine with my normal Belk credit card.
