- FCFlossie CollinsMay 29, 20261.01 week sales receipt bought 2 shirts for my husband he tried them on in fitting room went home took tags off and washed them one shrunk to a child's size other was ok...same style different colors took back to store and all hell broke loose can't take back after you washed it .....well didn't wear it and always wash clothes before we wear because of dye etc...could have put back on my card or whatever but that's the policy.. Hello it was XL went to child size that's a problem and had receipt want be doing any business there any longer I was in retail for 32 years never treated a customer like we were treated and let me tell you I live in Florida drove over 40 miles up there never again and let me say I just opened up account a month ago.... account closed cut up and in garbage no more card

The staff does what they can but it's the customers who make the mess to begin with and should be ashamed of themselves. The Kim Rogers folded tops are especially a problem area. There are never enough clerks and the check out lines are long and slow. It was exceptionally slow the day I was in. I was offered an upgrade on my normal Belk card and assured it would only take a moment. I was not informed that it was going to actually perform a credit check so now I have a hard pull on my credit for something I declined to complete when I realized it was going to do that. I'm fine with my normal Belk credit card.
- BBBeeJayBeeMay 11, 20262.0Shame on you Belk for having so many employees in the area NOT helping the overwhelmed cashier! The cashier Catherine was absolutely amazing; so kind and gentle. But thoe 3 other ladies that got frustrated having to help her were ridiculous! The problems weren't with the cashier, they were related to things like missing tag, coupons not working, etc. and those ladies asking her WHAT? when she needed help were the reason for this bad review. And by the way, you're advertising 60% off without any restrictions advertised on your signs, yet you don't honor that! Again, shame on you!
