  I sold some clothes to them and it was a good experience. The girls working were really nice. They bought more than I expected. I didn’t sell anything high end. Just trendy so I think what I made was fair.

  Total waste of money and gas! My girlfriend and I went here to drop off clothes today at around 3pm. We returned at 6:20pm (they told us 6:00 was when both of our bags would be done), and learned there was still 2 people ahead of us in line. For those who are unaware, Plato’s estimates that it takes about 15 minutes per bag to sort through. We came back at 7:50pm (2 hours after our bags should’ve been done) only to learn they had gone thru one bag since we returned at 6 o clock, and my girlfriend and I decided to take our clothes back due to the egregiously long and inaccurate wait times given to us. This store is entirely inefficient and the employees don’t do their jobs. The location in Hoover got thru my clothes in 45 minutes, and that was on a busy day with many bags in front of mine as well. I highly recommend the Hoover location over this one as the employees at this location simply don’t do their jobs.

  Wanted to praise the professional and courteous employees working today. I watched them get slammed with customers, each demanding something completely different and a frustrated customer making his demands on time. Both of these women not only stayed calm, collected and did not even show a hint of frustration but they worked together and took care of everything in an appropriate and timely manner. All while maintaining a calm demeanor. I honestly think that deserves more than praise. It changes a customers experience!

  I had a box of new new pants various sizes. I asked before I left them if they would be something they would buy and they said yes. I left them and a few hours later I had the notification my offer was ready. I go back to the store and they tell me that they are too fancy for their store. They could have easily of said that the first visit and not wasted my time. The pants were Zac & Rachel brand.
