- JBJIll Billions6 days ago4.0I don’t really have the patience or time to go to discount stores and rifle through racks of clothing to find a deal, unfortunately… But when I do, I love going to Nordy rack! Sometimes they don’t have anything and sometimes you’ll get a $300 pair of shoes for 20 bucks! I wouldn’t say it’s the place to go if you’re looking for something specific. But it’s the place to go just to look and see what they have. Last time I went, I got a pair of Korkease sandals for $20 and a $275 designer ‘little black dress’ which is a hard thing to find for me- for $25! What’s not to love? Dad I give four stars instead of five because it doesn’t happen very often.

The store is always well-organized, stocked with great finds, and filled with a team that genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service. Yesterday, Makiah’s warmth and smile made my day! What truly sets this location apart is the incredible staff. Everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, the team at Nordstrom Rack continues to exceed expectations. I especially want to recognize Makiah and Jenn. They are both incredibly kindhearted, warm, and professional. Their positive attitudes and genuine care for customers make every visit enjoyable. They create the kind of shopping experience that keeps people coming back. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their kindness leaves a lasting impression. If you’re looking for great deals, a fantastic selection, and some of the best customer service you’ll find anywhere, I highly recommend Nordstrom Rack at The Summit. We live out of town, came back today ( just over 30 days) unworn with receipt and the clerk refused even a store credit. Very disappointed and we left. Bad service
