  FILMED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Attended a Pilates event at the Summit and a tiktoker was filming me working out without my permission and then posted it on her social media which has nearly 300k followers. I am recently post-partum and trying to get back into fitness so was in a highly vulnerable state. At NO POINT was i made aware this woman was filming. No one asked me for consent or permission. I will be calling my counsel on Monday morning to discuss my options. Expect a letter from my attorney.

  Yesterday, I had a GREAT experience at this Lululemon location! 😁 First of all, when I walked in, I was greeted at the door. I walked over to the men’s section and it was very neat and well kept. 🙌 I tried on a pair of shorts. Kristin and Preston in the fitting room were so kind and delivered some great style advice. 😍 Will be returning!

  Hi! My experience was not the best at this store today. I wanted to purchase a bralette that was in the clearance section. There were two bras that were exactly alike but priced differently. I mentioned it to the attendant that was manning the fitting room. She told me to let them know at the register. I did that. The cashier scanned it for me and said it is coming up as $49 in the system and proceeded to say, I will have to sell it for that. Mind you, the one that I wanted was tagged $39. She refused to honor it. I politely left that item along with my daughter’s on the counter and walked away.. (She is the manager BTW. I found this out when I asked for one.). She had the audacity to look as if I am in the wrong. I was livid. My husband did not want my daughter to be upset so he went back and purchased what she had tried on and wanted. I went home and contacted their corporate office as this was the worst customer service ever, in my opinion. They, in turn, made it right and I am most grateful for their help being that the manager, at the Summit, was obviously clueless!

  Just want to give a shoutout to Sarina whose customer service skills were excellent. When I came in with an issue regarding one of my items, she went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue and was friendly throughout the entire process. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
