  Quiet, nice no hassle, straight to the point. Came in saw what I wanted put it on. Needed nothing more they asked all the questions as for bag, size. In and out is what I liked.

  I went to go look for some new jewelry pieces for Christmas and was very excited to see what Gorjana had. While I enjoyed the pieces, the worker who helped me, i believe her name was Bailey, was rude to her staff. And made very passive comments directed towards me. Overall I had a very unenjoyable experience and I hope her co workers are not affected by her actions.

  I came into the store on October 21st to replace two broken pieces of jewelry and was welcomed by the store manager. Their guarantee claims they’ll replace any tarnished or broken pieces. I was told I had to pay almost $400 more because I originally bought them with a discount. I’ve had replacements before with no extra charge, so this new policy feels inconsistent and misleading. Definitely not the customer care I expected.
