Alabama Goodwill Industries is one of many independent Goodwill nonprofit organizations across the country, with each Goodwill serving their own designated territory. Alabama Goodwill Industries serves 38 counties across the state of Alabama, and we are locally led and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors drawn entirely from our region - ensuring that decisions are deeply invested in supporting and growing the communities we call home. When you donate or shop at Goodwill, you help fund job training, employment placement, and career development programs that give people the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the workforce.
