  I went inside of the Birmingham location to purchase a pair of shoes and to use my birthday offer. I picked a pair of crocs flip flops and a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes. I asked an associate if any shoes were in the back because the Jessica Simpson had a defect. I was advised they didn’t but I could order at the register. I went to the register advised the cashier of what was told to me. Upon me trying to checkout he advised that if I placed the order online that I would probably receive the same shoe. I didn’t order purchased the shoes got home called customer service expressing what I was told and that I needed to get another pair of shoes. He stated he could not help me I needed to return them to the store which is over 30 mins away. Advising the whole circumstance and along with what the policy states online for exchanges and returns still no help. Next day I return the shoes and order the second pair. Received the second pair and have the same issues with the shoe. I called customer service and was advised we can re order or refund. I picked replacement. I received the third pair as I still have the second pair and the same issue with the shoe. I was advised that no shoe can leave the store nor warehouse to be shipped to a customer that has a defect. This is beyond frustrating to not be able to receive a decent shoe after order number three.

  Rude older lady working AM shift on 3/12/26. No name tag, no name on receipt. Unprofessional. Gave me an attitude for asking for clarification on clearance pricing. Then went to checkout and gave attitude again on free tote bag promotion saying "if he wants." Proceeds to do second transaction without offering tote bag. Really nasty attitude for a place that isnt that busy. Dont know what's going on at home, but dont take it out on customers thanks.

  They roasted the hell out of me for walking in and asking if they sold ties 😂 5/5 very helpful. PS they do not sell ties

  You're welcomed as soon as you walk in. They're very knowledgeable and professional. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They have many styles and sizes of shoes, sneakers and boots.
