  Love Bobby brown but no one is ever there at the Bonnie Brown counter to help. I’ve even stood there waiting for another associate to come but they never did.

  Hello. I wanted to share my recent experience at Belk. A lady by the name of Francine was very rude to me and my family. My cousin and I were browsing the perfumes and she adamantly refused to let us pass through an aisle while stating, "there is nothing for y'all to look at here". We were just wanting to cross through the aisle to reach through to the makeup section and she continuously kept arguing with us saying we can't cross through the aisle. And in the end, she said "but if you just need to cross, you can do that", which is what we were wanting to do to begin with. The entire time she spoke to us in a loud and annoyed voice, which could be heard throughout the store. Then, when my brother came up to us, also browsing the perfumes, she proceeded to be very rude about which perfume belonged to which artist and that those perfumes only belonged to women, which obviously he knew that. Throughout the entire conversation with him, she was still being loud and aggressively being in his face about it. She was only nice once he mentioned he was browsing for our niece and that's when she started saying "oh you should bring her by and also look check these out too". We just wanted to share this experience and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Because we know she was capable of being nice since she was nice to other guests nearby.

  We went to Belk today so my mom could try on clothes and just get out of the house, while there she tried to go into the dressing room and couldn’t because there were clothes laying everywhere on the floor and she has crutches after having surgery on her ankle and because all the clothes and how nasty it was she couldn’t go in. This store needs to do better with cleaning their dressing rooms! I’m very disappointed in the way they are running things now. Pictures are of what was just hanging in there after I picked them up off the floor!

  I went to this location to retrieve an item I purchased online. The instructions said to wait in the car and it would be brought to me. Because it was near closing time, we went ahead to just go inside. It wasn’t overt where the pick up area was, so it took a moment to ask a few workers where the pick up area was located. By then, it was 8:05 pm. We finally approached the woman whose job it was to give us our order, and she clearly had an annoyed look on her face. I greeted her with a smile, telling her that I was trying to pick up my order. She said, “We’re closed.” I said, “So I cannot pick up my order?” And she said , “Nope.” No sorry, no try again tomorrow. Just nope. I told her thank you, and left the building. This woman , her name began with an L, perhaps Lanetria or something similar, an African-American woman with brown skin, about 5’5, medium-sized, and wore glasses… she does not need to work in retail with a nasty, disgusting attitude like that. I understand it was 5 minutes past closing time; however, there were still other customers in the store. WE were still in the store before it closed; we just didn’t know where to go. My phone STILL says that the order will be brought out to my car. If this is a representation of Belk’s commitment to its customers, then the standards have dropped significantly. This woman made the experience very uncomfortable and inconvenient. It was very disappointing.

  For perfumes or clothes it is a good place somewhat expensive but it is worth it in one thing or another.
