  very very rude workers. me and my friends were standing outside their doors looking for a place to stand in the cold rain. then two workers told us to leave and go away. do NOT recommend

  I am very disappointed with the lack (literally) of customer service yesterday. I completely understand the store is closed for maintenance! However, y'all have advertised the pickup window is open 2pm-4pm daily. Yesterday, Labor Day, I made a trip to the summit just to pickup my Aerie order. Just for yall to not be there. I confirmed with American Eagle yall were supposed to be. They called yall. Rung the back doorbell. Nothing. It was waisted time. The girls next door were amazing and even got a sale from me for their efforts! The Aerie girls are always sweet and acknowledgeable but I am disappointed about yesterday as a loyal customer. Update: said something at the window when picking up today. The worker with blonde hair, grey shirt, and red shorts didn’t apologize, had a nasty attitude about it, and talked crap about it to her coworker. Yall just lost a customer. I understand circumstances, but at least apologize for the inconvenience to the customer.

  Isabel is so knowledgeable told us about making an appointment so we could get 25% off if we spent $125! Had no idea this was a thing! Spreading the knowledge! She was so so sweet and helpful during our experience!
