This place is one of the worst, but not unlike other thrift stores in the area. The buying offers are laughably low, and the staff is rude and unpleasant. The only plus side to this experience is that the processing time is relatively fast compared to other thrift stores I've been to in the area. The clothes selection is large, but the items themselves are hit or miss in terms of quality. Unfortunately they really do have a captive audience, but if you can avoid this thrift store, you absolutely should avoid.

Drove all the way from Prattville (a little over an hour one way) because the Montgomery location is hit or miss if it’s open and if they’ll take anything and I used to live in Auburn so I knew (or thought) that this location was very rarely if ever a let down. Unfortunately, it must have went downhill shortly after I moved a couple years back because this was just pathetic. Brought in reusable bags of clothes that zip and upon returning home, I realized the few pieces that had gone in the bag folded were still folded exactly the same way, completely untouched. While waiting to pick up, I also noticed some old (probably 2016-2018) off brand glittery fake doc martens on a shelf and thought to myself “okay so my Zara heels definitely sold” just to realize the snake skin square toe heels that are very much in style absolutely did not get sold. Their reasoning? Basics or “not teen clothes.” Yeah okay. Out of everything that I brought, I got $54. I’m not even too upset about that because money is money, but in the past when I brought much less of the same clothes, it was always $75+. I wasn’t looking to make up the difference of driving all the way out there or anything, I just think it’s lazy to not even look at all the clothes, most of which are listed on their “items we need currently” poster. Athletic shorts were listed. Do I still have all 6 pairs of highly sought after Gym Shark shorts in there? I absolutely do. I could seriously go on and on. I don’t even care about the money that I received or anything like that, I care that these workers here today did not even take the time to actually look through the clothes that I brought and make it seem as though they did. If they weren’t going to, that’s fine! Just be honest with customers that you don’t feel like doing your job today so we don’t waste our time. Did they know I drove over an hour to do this? No. Should they have done their job anyways? Yes. Whether you think it pertains to this or not, always treat people as if they’re having their worst day right now because you never know if they truly are. Despite being EXTREMELY disappointed, I didn’t say one word to the workers other than “thank you” in regards to this, because I like to live by this rule. I just wish I was treated the same way today. That’s all for my rant. Don’t worry, I will not be coming out of my way again!

don’t sell your clothes to them. return them if they still have tags cause they offered me 3.53 for a brand new almost 40 dollar shirt. didn’t want anything else that was used, so I gladly took the whole bag and that shirt back. unfortunate for them.

Good selection however egregious pricing and buying offers :/ I can respect a hustle but atleast take the tag off if you’re going to charge more for an item than it was originally produced
