We were looking at shorts on a rack and she said she had to change the price before we could look through the rack. I asked her the new price and she said she didn't know and was very rude. She had red hair and a RBF. The other cashier was very helpful after we walked off and didn't buy any shorts. I guess she didn't care if we took our business elsewhere.

- HHHelenApr 1, 20263.0I could not believe that ladies were stacked up , 4 waiting, to get in to the only dressing room open at the store the week before Easter! I remember the closing of dressing rooms during COVID, but now it appears all except one are permanently closed. In addition, the shoe section has turned into a self service by stacking boxes under displays, no one in the department, and only 2 chairs located in the area to try on shoes. One mirror was available. I could have gone to WalMart if that is the way I want to shop! I am very disappointed in Belk, Alabaster!
