National Gunsmithing services are now available! If you like bear and Sitka deer hunting, we’re here to get you all set up with everything you need. If fishing is more your speed, we have all of your tackle to catch the salmon, halibut, or crab that you’re after. We also carry plenty of supplies for boating, camping, hiking, and whale watching. Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 25-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. No matter the weather or time of year, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. Then there was a flash sale online and it said the kayak was available to be picked up that day that I had seen. When I went in The kayaks were not on the floor and the guy I talked to acted really weird about it and said I was supposed to wait for an email. Later I got an email that said I had to order it. Well I just went back in just now and all the kayaks were magically back out on the floor. These guys hit a bunch of kayaks in the back because they didn't want to let them go for the sale price

I was wanting to purchase a backpack from them online but there was no option to ship to Az . They were the only ones who stocked it. Spencer told me that they defunded their shipping department and would see what he could do.. that was good. He then called and left voicemail stating there was nothing he could do and would appreciate it if I didn’t call the store back on this especially because it was only a 200 dollar pack. Just doesn’t seem like something you would tell a customer.

But the customer service, specifically from the managers is top notch! They have always been super accommodating and helpful. I almost always prefer supporting local businesses over chain spots. But these guys here make this store feel local. That’s how you keep repeat customers!
