  I went to Aerie in the Woodlands mall a couple weeks back and the clothing had a lot of variety and everything would have been amazing except there was this one employee that I asked and I think her name was Allison because I asked around but I'm not sure; she was a redhead, and she came off as mean, like she had a chip on her shoulder or something. Everyone around her seemed stressed and I just couldn't shop around her. I never take the time to review ANYTHING but I had to say something. Kudos to the other employees for dealing with her - give them a raise or something!

  That Alyssa woman is a rude, uncaring piece of work. She needs to have more consideration for what she says when she thinks no one can hear her. Won’t be coming back.

  Lexi was amazing!!! As a trauma survivor it’s very hard to be comfortable trying on intimate clothes and needing help with sizing. I did a bra fitting with her today and she was super sweet, respectful, and kind. She made the experience stressless and took Something that would normally be very triggering and made it fun! We had initially come in to exchange items and I was not expecting that kind of interaction but everyone who was on staff today was extremely helpful and kind and clearly worked well together!
