I bought a suit there, took it home, removed the tags, and later realized both the jacket and pants were too big. I understand tags are normally required, but the suit was never worn and I was only asking to exchange it for the correct size. When I went back on Sunday, November 16, the cashier called the manager and I heard them say, “Thanks, that’s all the backup I needed,” before telling me they would not make any exception. Later, when I called the store to speak with the manager, they repeatedly cut me off, gave a blanket “that’s our policy” response, and then hung up on me when I asked them to repeat their name. I contacted corporate, received an email on Monday that someone would call me that day, but no one did. I followed up with two more emails and still have not received a response. People wonder why big stores like this are struggling—this is a good example of how rigid policies and poor customer service can drive loyal customers away.
