- JMJentry Munn4 days ago1.0Terrible experience from start to finish. I was never once notified that my order had arrived—no call, no update, nothing. On top of that, my order was incorrect not once, but twice. The second time, the employee simply handed me the lenses and expected me to put them in myself, even after I said I didn’t know how. Thankfully I didn’t try, because they were wrong again. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
