We appreciate Johanna patience and quick check out! No lines and she does with kindness! Spot award needed for the way she carries the JC Penny brand /image of terrific customer service! While we were leaving, another lady heard i was getting her name to leave a review and she agreed she wanted to do the same! That's what you call customer service! Store had everything as advertised for Black Friday, the associates had the store organized and was very neat and clean!
