  I took my daughter everywhere to look for a formal dress and couldn't find anything beautiful and appropriate. So someone suggested we try Windsor. They definitely have a wide variety of styles and selection. We found a few beautiful formal dresses that were also appropriate. We had help from a lovely lady named Anika. She was honest, sweet and really cared about helping us. We didn't purchase our first time in since there are no returns on formals and we wanted to make sure it was the one. When we came back the second time we got the privelage again of receiving help from Anika. You can also order online. Formals can be returned within 14 days of arrival to your home. We were on a time crunch and the one we ordered fit different since it was different fabric. Next time if we go that route I would order 2 sizes. Amanda helped us with our return and purchase at the register and was very sweet too. Great styles, decent prices and nice customer service. We will be back. Thank you!

  I love this store, it has beautiful and quality clothes, I love them although I would like the staff who work there to BE MORE FRIENDLY

  Very rude customer service. Red headed girl and brown headed girl, talking bad about customers making snarky comments. wouldn’t recommend asking for employee for help.

  Awesome customer service! I was helped by Kayla, she did a spectacular job helping find the style I was going for plus a last minute costume idea for Halloween. I will definitely be going back!😁

  Already knew they weren't size inclusive. WHATSOEVER. Cried in the dressing room because dress shopping should never be this emotionally stressful for a high-schooler. Get bigger sizes if you want to do better. Not everyone is small. It's already difficult enough finding cute dresses for homecoming/prom bc nothing else is cute. IT IS NOT HARD TO GET BIGGER SIZES. Be Size Inclusive. They have pretty things, and if you're lucky, you can find a large. But it'll still be tight, heels are cute, but I bought my heels somewhere else because they don't have many to choose from. Stunning jewelry. Just get bigger sizes. It's 2024. I wear a medium and could only find smalls, extra smalls, or mediums that fit like a small.
