Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- JMJojo MarshallNov 26, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel uncomfortable. The employees hovered around me in a way that felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and instead of offering help, they seemed more focused on watching me. One staff member in particular spoke to me with a passive-aggressive tone and made rude facial expressions for no apparent reason. I hadn’t done anything to warrant that kind of treatment, and it left me feeling singled out. Overall, the team was not helpful, especially the grown men that work there they make the environment feel super unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I expect better from a brand like Lululemon, and I hope the store takes steps to improve the way customers are treated moving forward. This is not the first time i had a bag experience at the Tyler location either. I love lululemon but avoid the Tyler location at all cost because of the poor staff. I know many people who have felt the same way.
