- JPJack Pegson3 days ago1.0I've shopped at Tyler TX, JCPenney for the last time. I love their petite clothing but it just isn't worth the pressure at the checkout to open a credit account with them. I don't want another credit card!! And I shouldn't have to have a store credit card to purchase items at a discount. Is it discounted or not? If discounts are just for credit card holder then I'll shop elsewhere.

However, my experience today was very disappointing. The level of service I received was noticeably different from what I’ve come to expect. Amanda was short in her responses and came across as very rude, which made the interaction feel unpleasant and unwelcoming. I hope this is addressed, as it does not reflect the positive service this location is known for.

I’m sure to go shop elsewhere. Remember, stayed home moms and older patrons like to get out to do their shopping early in the day.

Mens clothes are placed in random spots, none next to the other. Definitely not my go to choice, but it'll do if I'm in a pinch.
