- RJriley jonesSep 29, 20251.0Bought Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Green Transitions here in June — they were defective out of the box. The manager, Anthony, promised a warranty replacement but dragged it out for months. Today, after all the runaround, he told me I’d have to use my insurance, pay a co-pay plus the price difference, and also refused a refund because it’s past 30 days — even though he’s the one who stalled until the window closed. He even stated that “from a company standpoint, Sunglass Hut doesn’t believe any product they sell is defective.” Basically, if you buy something here and it’s broken from day one, expect to pay another $100+ just to get a working pair. Terrible customer service and unfair business practice.
