- CMCourtney MMar 4, 20265.0Went in to return a bra I bought online. Was greeted with the BEST customer service! The girls helped me find a bra similar to the one I wear quite often. Ended up getting 2 for the price of one! Thank you both so much for being so sweet!
- PHPaige HallMar 1, 20261.0Walked in for help, asked for it the lady behind the counter acted as if I was bothering her, then treated me as if I was lower like I was beneath her. Tried on two bras all while she still wasn't treating me correctly. And trust me when I say I've worked in multiple different customer service fields and that is not how you treat a customer. Asked my husband to get help but no one was attentive enough. Went to a different store spent well over 150.00 on three bras and had full attention on me and was a much bigger store. And was even more busy. And multiple employees help me at that business This location lost out on money due to their customer service and attention. And the way they made their customers feel. They should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know how this location is still in business because of their employees.
