When I was in the checkout line, I asked the manager for her personal phone number and also asked her to gift me $20 of her own money, just because I happened to be there buying shoes. Oh wait, no, that is exactly what THEY did to ME. And somehow they felt that it wasn’t at all rude or inappropriate.

Although hey didn't have my size in a style I really wanted, they ordered them for me at checkout to be shipped to my home, and they arrived the next day. I love the shoe protection for the extra $9. So helpful for keep shoes looking brand new. The staff was great and attentive and the store was clean and stocked well. Will return.

- JSJordan ShehornJun 13, 20251.0Arrived to the store on June 13, 2025 at 10:15 with my two babies and the doors were locked. Signs everywhere said they open at 10:00am. I looked through the window at the back of the store and could see a lady in there on her cell phone. I knocked on the door multiple times and stood there for 10 minutes hoping she would come and open the door since I came all the way into town with both babies and she never did. While standing there 9 people also came and tried to get in the store and knocked but no one came. Finally loaded the kids up and started to drive off when I saw a man who worked there trying to get in and couldn’t. I pulled up and asked him if they opened at 10? And he said yes and didn’t know why the doors were locked and said maybe it’s staffing issues. I’m a very understanding person but I think the lady who stood there on her phone and wouldn’t open the door/acknowledge a lady with two babies in tow should be held accountable.
