Oh wait, no, that is exactly what THEY did to ME. And somehow they felt that it wasn’t at all rude or inappropriate.

Although hey didn't have my size in a style I really wanted, they ordered them for me at checkout to be shipped to my home, and they arrived the next day. I love the shoe protection for the extra $9. So helpful for keep shoes looking brand new. The staff was great and attentive and the store was clean and stocked well. Will return.
