Every employee was so helpful and kind - it felt like walking into a ski lodge with fireplace burning and big leather armchairs and a friendly staff person who treated us like family. The whole store is like a treasure trove and playground for adults and kids alike. Huge exotic fish in the floor-to-ceiling fish tank make this the best urban place we’ve ever “killed time” anywhere. By far the nicest Bass Pro Shop I’ve ever seen as well. Thanks for the experience!

- MAMark AndersonJan 3, 20265.0I purchased a new ranger boat at the cabela’s store in Allen Texas about a year ago. Trying to get warranty work done has been challenging to say the least. I recently contacted Bass Pro in Tyler to see if they would work on it. They were able to fix every issue with it well and much faster than expected. I dealt with several people in parts and service as well as the boat and boat accessories area. Everyone I had contact with were very friendly, knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. I drove 110 miles one way compared to 20 to Allen or 25 to the Bass Pro in Garland, and will gladly do it anytime my boat needs to go in. It’s truly refreshing to know that if you get away from the metroplex you can still find outstanding customer service.

- LHLeora HartDec 22, 20255.0First part of this Review is for Santa's Wonderland. The Store review will follow. We came here to expirence Santa's Wonderland and get pictures taken of my 6 yr old son. We made an appointment online for 1145 on 12/22 but got there super early and were seen almost right away. Santa was friendly and chatted with my kiddo for a minute before the photo was taken. My son did well and I love my photo. I would visit this location again and hope too see Santa and Mrs Claus next year. The photographer and photo assistant where nice and quick with process. Overall I only got my free photo but next year I might get the greeting card package, as it was reasonably priced. Review for the store/decor/items. This bass pro shop was very clean, organized, and had lots to choose from. I didn't intend on buying anything, but when we found a Long Wooden Pop Gun, we had to have it. My son also liked that store had a huge aquarium. He recognized the Gars right away.
