  I was the recipient of a birthday fruit arrangement. I was home all day. A friend stopped by and when I opened the front door there was my fruit arrangement on the floor on the porch. It was later discovered that it was delivered around 11:00am, but delivery person never rang doorbell or knocked. I found it around 1:45pm. Edible Arrangements instructions for fresh fruit delivery is to immediately refrigerate upon receiving. The temperature that day was approximately 78-82. There was no excuse for the delivery to be left outside on my porch. Most delivery persons will take the gift back to the store and arrange pickup. After the store was notified, they did make it right by delivering a new fruit arrangement. Their delivery team needs better training though.

  Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a fruit basket 3 days before Valentines day and scheduled it to be delivered on V day, which they were unable to handle even though the store was only 20min from the delivery destination. When your whole business model is based upon delivering timelines for specific dates or event and you can't follow through...somethings wrong. This ain't it. Do something else.

  Terrible experience. I ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter, totaling over $100, to be delivered to her workplace. The delivery was scheduled for 5:00 PM, but it did not arrive until after 8:30 PM. Because of this delay, I had to drive to Tyler myself to retrieve it after it was finally delivered. To make matters worse, the balloons were deflated, and the personalized note I submitted was smudged with black ink and looked unprofessional. Throughout the day, I repeatedly called and emailed the Tyler location, but no one answered the phone or responded to my messages. Once it became clear the order would not be delivered on time, I requested that it be canceled, yet I never received any response. This was a significant amount of money to spend for such poor service and a disappointing product—especially for a special occasion. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

  Need to talk to corporate emediatly, my money was took my product was never delivered I am highly disappointed with this establishment and this needs to be addressed!!! The service I paid for I never received. This is my hard earned money you just can't take someone's earnings like that and then don't wanna answer the phone what is wrong with you people make it make sense. I will be reaching out to corporate and I will request a refund!!! Sorry not sorry do better
