  I recently purchased my very first Rolex Submariner No Date from Thomas Markle in The Woodlands, and the entire experience was exceptional. Working with Alex made all the difference. She truly embodies the spirit of the book Unreasonable Hospitality, bringing that level of care and attention to every single touchpoint throughout the Thomas Markle experience. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful, personal, and genuinely welcoming. I absolutely love the watch, but what made this moment truly special was the customer experience behind it. That is what sets Alex and the Thomas Markle team apart. I will definitely be returning and will be encouraging my friends and family to do the same.   My wife and I became customers of Thomas Markle Jewelers back in 2024 when we set out to find her the perfect wedding watch, and we haven't looked back since. From that very first visit, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed, and every trip to the store since has only reinforced that feeling. Over the course of our many visits, whether we were exploring exciting new releases or simply stopping in for a friendly conversation, I mentioned to our sales associate Bethany that I had my eye on a Rolex Explorer II "Polar" 226570. It had been a dream watch of mine for quite some time, so it wasn't exactly a casual ask. Bethany has been outstanding throughout our time as customers, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in finding the right piece for each occasion. True to form, she didn't disappoint. Before we knew it, she reached out to let us know the Explorer II was available and waiting for us. Walking into the store that day, we were greeted with the same warmth we've come to expect. Several staff members took the time to chat with us about exciting new releases before Bethany presented the watch, turning what was already a special moment into something truly unforgettable. Two years ago we stumbled into Thomas Markle Jewelers, and it has since become our go-to destination for life's most meaningful milestones. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

  I had a wonderful experience buying a watch and jewelry at Thomas Markle Jewelers in The Woodlands. Shai has been absolutely awesome to deal with from start to finish. She’s upbeat, knowledgeable, and makes every interaction feel personal and pressure-free. Shai handled everything smoothly and with genuine enthusiasm, making the process truly enjoyable. The store has a beautiful showroom with an impressive selection of watches and jewelry. The entire Woodlands team is top-notch and clearly knows their products inside and out. They delivered perfect pieces with excellent, professional service.   Thomas Markle Jewelers is truly a standout. We’ve been working with Bethany, and she made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personal from start to finish. I came in multiple times going back and forth between the Tudor Black Bay 54 and the Tudor Black Bay 58, and she never rushed the process. Instead, she took the time to walk me through the details, answer every question, and help me land on the piece that felt exactly right. Her knowledge of horology really stood out. You can tell she genuinely understands and appreciates watches, which makes a big difference when you’re making a meaningful purchase like this. It never felt like a sales pitch. It felt like guidance from someone who truly knows their craft. We ended up going with the Black Bay 58, and couldn’t be happier. Every time we visit, Bethany is just as welcoming and helpful, and it’s become a place we actually look forward to going back to. The new location is absolutely stunning as well. It elevates the whole experience and reflects the level of service they provide. We’re officially two watches in, with several more to go, and we’ll absolutely continue working with Thomas Markle for future pieces. Couldn’t recommend them more.
