    Never in my life. I had the displeasure of coming into your location to find the best quality and choices for prom with my 18 year old. She had found the perfect pair. However the service provided was Extremely disrespectful and shocking. We excepted the best service as we typically shop in the Galleria yet wanted to see the options here. The sales clerk was rude and when we requested her size stated they were not available even though I found them on display. He ruined what should have been a special moment between my daughter and myself by stating we go Dillard's or Ross. As he claimed they would be more in our price range. I have never been so disrespected and racially profiled in my life. I would not recommend this location as they judge first and never see past the ideal wealth of a person or race. If I could I have give a negative rating.

    As a Creed collector of over 10 years, I highly recommend you stop by Nordstrom Woodlands and look for Alejandro Castaneda at the Creed counter in the fragrance department. You won't find better customer service in the entire Houston area. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask him for help. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock, don't worry, he'll find it for you.

    I am writing to formally complain about an extremely frustrating delivery experience involving a third-party carrier used by Nordstrom. I purchased items on January 12 at the Nordstrom store in The Woodlands. The shipment was handled by a third-party delivery company responsible for transporting the package to Houston, which is only about a 40-minute drive. According to tracking information, the package arrived at the carrier’s warehouse on January 13. However, as of today, January 21, the package is still showing as being held at the warehouse with no delivery attempt made. Over the past several days, I have contacted this delivery company multiple times by both email and phone. Each time, I was told that they would “leave a message for a supervisor” or “look into it,” but no follow-up, resolution, or concrete action has been provided. This repeated deflection without any solution is unacceptable. I am very disappointed that Nordstrom continues to work with a carrier that demonstrates such poor communication, inefficiency, and lack of accountability. This experience has significantly affected my confidence in the delivery service associated with Nordstrom. I strongly urge Nordstrom to reconsider its partnership with this company and to assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know how this issue will be addressed.
