  bought a ring from here a 3 weeks ago 800$ down the drain wore it for one day and turn my whole finger green will never buy from them again they proceeded to not let me return because it had a scruff marks

  Took some silver Tiffany jewelry in to be cleaned and polished. I didn't even mind paying the $20 fee for each item. When I went to pick the jewelry up today, none of the items looked any better, and one item looked even more dull than it was when I took it in to be polished. Guess who won't be going back to Tiffany's in The Woodlands.......you guessed it! I took the item to Golden Nonsense in Tomball, and for $20, they cleaned and polished it. Now, it looks brand new again, because.....................they actually cleaned and polished it. After a little researching I learned that Tiffany's doesn't even have a jeweler at any of their stores except for the main store in New York. It makes sense now why none of the items looked any better.......they don't really clean and polish anything, except for maybe my wallet.

  This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I watch them argue with all the customers . I bought a double Tiffany necklace and in 4 days it was completely tarnished. Because I added 4 inches to it they claimed it was a @custom order” after much ado the manager sent it back n rectified it. I’m still waiting to hear about my other necklace I bought and paid for more inches as to whether it will ever be here by Christmas and I placed the order early November . My salesperson just ghosted me when I ask!
