Even though my daughter and I walked in wearing absolutely nothing nice (we just got done coming from her Soccer game), we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. This is something that absolutely deserves praise and recognition. Many jewelers today judge based on looks, but Thomas Markle does not. My family and I are most definitely going to be purchasing from them again and they have earned our trust and respect.

Even when there wasn’t anything available, before eventually getting offered my wife’s fluted blue 36 mm datejust, Zhanna would always offer us complimentary drinks and spend a lot of time curating possible Rolex configurations that suited my wife’s taste. Definitely a lifelong repeat customer due to the hospitality we’re always shown.
