- LCL CFeb 3, 20265.0Jalina was lovely. Her customer service was on point. She was very helpful, friendly, great attitude. I had gone in days before to just check the meta out. The ladies Jalina and Kira were such a pleasure! I appreciate the great customer service. Just the feeling of welcoming is awesome. Jalina took good care of us. There wasn't any glasses in stock of which I wanted but she took down my info and told me she'd call me to let me know. I received a call from Kira and let me know that they had stock. She also let me know when Jalina would be back. I went the following day and got my meta. Customer service is hard to find these days and these ladies were phenomenal!! Thank you!!! 😁 I appreciate how everything was so smoothly. I didn't feel pressured. She showed me a couple a glasses and she took her time. I didnt feel rushed or mistreated so thank you so much!!! We will definitely be back for my honeys metas.

The guy was very helpful in showing me the type of glasses that I was looking for. He then helped me find the right one online and made ordering it easy. I even bought a pair of Oakley's. I may have paid more I don't know, but I wasn't going to give me money to a business that didn't care about customer service.

Honestly, Adam treated me better then the car dealership did when I bought my wife's car. He was knowledgeable of multiple products (even knew which model my Costa sunglasses were that I had on). He was personable. My wife and I left the store to go look at the Oakley store and then came back. He remembered my name, and picked up right where we left off. If Adam is not the manager at The Woodlands mall location, he should be. It was a great experience purchasing sunglasses with the help of Adam today.
