    Total lifesaver! I broke my glasses and found the replacement frames here just like the website promised. The employee switched my lenses on the spot, the price was spot-on, and the manager was so kind during checkout. Fast, easy, and a great experience overall! Highly recommend!!!

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable experience I had at the Oakley store located in The Woodlands Mall. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing prescription running sunglasses. I have been a loyal Oakley customer for years and consistently choose your brand for my sports eyewear. Unfortunately, the service I received from Gregory was completely unprofessional and discouraging. From the moment I approached him for assistance, it was clear that he did not want to help. His attitude was dismissive, annoyed, and openly unwilling to provide service. I was ready to make a purchase, yet I felt like I was inconveniencing him simply by being there. At one point, I even told him that if he did not want to assist me, I could take my business elsewhere. Shockingly, he responded that I should — that it would be better if I left. That response alone reflects extremely poor representation of your brand and customer service standards. No business should tolerate employees telling customers to leave simply because they do not feel like doing their job. As a result of this interaction, you have lost a loyal customer. More importantly, I can only imagine how many other customers may have experienced similar treatment. I hope you take this matter seriously and address it accordingly. Oakley has always represented performance, professionalism, and quality — this experience reflected none of those values. It’s a shame for the brand.
