I purchased items on January 12 at the Nordstrom store in The Woodlands. The shipment was handled by a third-party delivery company responsible for transporting the package to Houston, which is only about a 40-minute drive. According to tracking information, the package arrived at the carrier’s warehouse on January 13. However, as of today, January 21, the package is still showing as being held at the warehouse with no delivery attempt made. Over the past several days, I have contacted this delivery company multiple times by both email and phone. Each time, I was told that they would “leave a message for a supervisor” or “look into it,” but no follow-up, resolution, or concrete action has been provided. This repeated deflection without any solution is unacceptable. I am very disappointed that Nordstrom continues to work with a carrier that demonstrates such poor communication, inefficiency, and lack of accountability. This experience has significantly affected my confidence in the delivery service associated with Nordstrom. I strongly urge Nordstrom to reconsider its partnership with this company and to assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know how this issue will be addressed.
