  I visited this location this past Saturday. I was helped by “Anita”, best customer service employee I have ever encountered at JCPenny, I bought a sport jacket and I wanted to wear it right away, Anita helped make that happen for me, she was able to remove the tags for me so I could wear my awesome new Sports Jacket. Anita was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole interaction, I had to make sure to do a survey for her and giver her the kudos she deserves. PS: Picture of my wife and I, with my new sports jacket 😊.

  Very rushed (we understand it's the holidays, but it was ridiculous). Our appointment and discount we got on Thanksgiving was not made valid and we were told by the manager that it was just a way to attract people to make appointments but that we had to go get a coupon either on Groupon or the JCP website. We saw that same thing happen to a couple of other families. The most frustrating and disappointing part was the amount of pictures that were taken. For each pose the "photgrapher" took literally ONE shot. Needless to say they were not all good. She was so rushed her pictures were worse than something we could have taken with our cell phones. Zero attention to details. The best picture, my husband had his eyes closed.. had she taken 2 or 3 of the same shot (like it is expected in any phot shoot) we would have had a good portrait. We were told they couldn't fix it, but, that it look almost normal because when people smile they usually squint... WHAT?!! and that if we wanted to have a retake we would need to reschedule and pay for another session. What type of professional or ethical photography studio does or says that? We had to literally wait standing up on the hallway of the store for about an hour bc they dont have a reasonably sized waiting area. For the price we ended up paying this is absolutely not worth it. It was a joke of an experience. We DO NOT recommend. Will definitely not go back again.

  Me and my friends walked into the mall, one of the many stores we walked into was this macys. We went to the mattresses section and were trying the mattresses and pillows ; I was actually trying out the pillows I don't know about my friends. But the lady supervising the section saw us trying the beds and/or pillows and said “yall stop laying on them mattresses” when you walk into the section with a big sign saying “test a mattress and see whats best for you” or something along those lines. Yall are probably wondering “well were yall rolling around like wet dogs on the bed with your shoes on the bed as well?” no we have courtesy and have our feet off the bed and having only our top bed on the bed to try them out and that is it. We left the section and then went to the desk and the lady at the customer service/reception desk was very kind about it and appreciate it. But when I returned to the section to actually see if I can purchase the pillow because genuinely alot of pillows do not work for me and only squishmallows have been my only pillow option. When my friends joined me in the section to see it the pillows were for sale or if theres a section that has them she gave us a disgusted face. I understand that the job industry is not good but how she looked at us and spoke to us was not ok. I do not think she was a horrible woman but she definitely needs to work on customer service ; she was kind enough to point us to the pillow section but cut my friend off when she asked for me.

  i came here for a detangle and wash. it’s hard for me to find a salon/stylist that is knowledgeable about my hair type (natural 3b), but shun took such good care of me. she explained the process from beginning to end and she made me LAUGH THE ENTIRE TIME. if it wasn’t for this, i would’ve fallen asleep bc of how good the experience felt 😂 i hope she didn’t think i was being rude. it was truly like a big sister, aunt, or good friend was doing my hair. i loved her, i’m coming back, and i’ll bring my daughter for a service as well.
