  I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of your store manager on 02/18/2026 evening. When I believed I had lost my phone, I panicked and politely asked her to call my phone so I could hear it ring. She refused, even after I asked multiple times, and instead whispered to security and instructed them to call me from their personal phone, which made me very uncomfortable. She responded to my questions with clear negativity and later told me that finding my phone was ‘my personal problem’ and offered no help. I am a respectful customer and fully comply with company policies, but the tone and attitude used were unnecessary and upsetting. I am writing so this behavior can be addressed and other customers are not treated the same way. Due to this experience, I do not plan to return to your The Woodlands store again.

  I initially came in bought a sweater and the staff was super helpful. However I needed to exchange the size. They wouldn’t honor the student discount at that point because the person wasn’t with me. It was the same exact sweater same day a few hours earlier. The manager was extremely rude after me asking a few times. The employees were nice and helpful but the manager was extremely rude

  The staff here are great! I’m not sure how her name is spelled, but (Melika?) was extremely helpful when I was purchasing formalwear. It was my first time buying formalwear, so it’s nice to have someone help you along like she did!
