- LGLUIS GALANOct 26, 20251.0Terrible customer service at Alo Yoga in The Woodlands 🚨🚨 Even though I brought back clothing I purchased less than a month ago, still new and unworn, with tags they refused to exchange or return it simply because I didn’t have the receipt. I even spoke with the manager, who was extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude and policy are completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to care about its customers. I expected much better from Alo Yoga and will definitely not be shopping here again. Save your money and go to lululemon better service and quality.
