This evening, an associate looked directly past me and greeted customers who arrived after me, which was very disappointing. I truly love ALO clothing, but my in-store pickup experience has not matched the quality of the brand. I do want to note that the dressing room associates were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, which I greatly appreciated.
