  The customer service at this store is awful! I’ve been a long time customer (online and in other stores) I’ve never had an issue at other stores but this one, they need some new training/associates/management…something! So this is the second time I’ve gone in and asked about a product that said was in stock online and they flat out told me they didn’t have it…did they look? No…just flat out said “nope we don’t have it”. The first time I just said ok and walked out but this time I was like, are you sure? I pulled up the app and showed that it specifically said you have them in stock and guess what…they did have them! Also, was not greeted when I walked in and felt like I was interrupting as she was sitting there having a conversation with her co-worker so I sat and waited and got “um can I help you”? Yes! Yes, you can help me…what in the world?! And then to not even look for what I was looking for just blew my mind!

  Brand new socks had a hole in them. Manager refused to exchange them. Never going to purchase overpriced low quality Alo products again

  This is the second time I’ve come into this store to pick up an online order and felt completely overlooked. This evening, an associate looked directly past me and greeted customers who arrived after me, which was very disappointing. I truly love ALO clothing, but my in-store pickup experience has not matched the quality of the brand. I do want to note that the dressing room associates were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, which I greatly appreciated.
